Shipping

All shipments, in Italy and worldwide, are traceable where possible. At the time of shipment, the customer will be provided with the name of the courier used and the tracking number, so that they can follow the progress of the shipment.
Shipping to Italy is free except for orders under €200. For other countries, shipping is free for orders over €500.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND CHARGES
Any costs of taxes and customs duties are always borne by the customer and will not be refunded in the event of a return.
If the customer refuses to pay these taxes, the shipping costs for returning the package to the company will still be deducted from the refund.

DELIVERY FAILURE
In the event that the order is not delivered for reasons beyond PAPINI's control, such as incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient or refusal of delivery, Papini reserves the right to deduct any shipping costs and customs duties from the refund due to the customer.
