Papini Store wants to guarantee maximum satisfaction to all customers. This is why if, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery (we remind you that it is necessary to return the goods intact and unused).
To do this, you need to log into your Papini Store account, click on "Order history and details". Click on the details for the order for which you want to proceed with the return, select the product or products to be returned and follow the procedure (the refund is generated only after Papini has verified the integrity of the goods). In case of defective products it is mandatory to send a photo of the product. It is not possible to exchange purchased items with other products.
NB: it is also possible to return items purchased on sale, in the same way as for products not on sale.
The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal are pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, Article 49, paragraph 4.
Follow the instructions below to return the merchandise and receive your refund.
Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally sent to you, has not been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way, and is packaged in an orderly manner. The package containing the returned goods must be physically delivered to the courier within 10 days from the delivery date (including holidays).
The shipping costs for the return are free for Italy and for orders over € 500. For countries outside Italy or returned for an amount of less than € 500, the shipping costs are always charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
The package containing the return must arrive at our warehouses within 15 days from the date of your shipment. Therefore - in order to avoid that, at your own risk, it gets lost or accumulates a considerable delay - we suggest you use an express courier and insure the shipment.
We remind you that you can follow the status of your return from the "Return of my goods" page on your account.
ATTENTION:
Papini is not responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging or delay in delivery of the package to our warehouses.
Since the return of an order must take place within 14 days from the date of delivery (including holidays), after this deadline, the "Return my goods" button will no longer be available.
If even one of these conditions is not respected, Papini will not be able to accept the return and the package will be rejected or the items will be returned to the customer, at his expense.
Once your package has been received, Papini will check that all the conditions listed above have been met and, if so, will proceed with the refund (by crediting your credit card (if you paid by credit card) or Paypal credit ( if you paid with Paypal).
If, on the other hand, the aforementioned conditions have not been respected, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to return the garment, to your address, at your expense.
