Change at the top for J.W.Anderson: Jenny Galimberti arrives and, leaving Louis Vuitton, become the new CEO of the company.

The manager, an English and Italian citizen, graduated from Oxford University and gained experience in brand management, marketing and communications, covering different roles from Prada, Dunhill and Gucci. To then become director of communication and events of Louis Vuitton and today with a new challenge to face meanwhile in her place in Louis Vuitton will land Stefano Cantino (already in Prada).

After all, the connection between J.W.Anderson and LVMH was already very strong, considering the fact that the artistic director of the Spanish brand Loewe is, since 2013, the same Northern Irish designer Jonathan Anderson. That launched its own brand at 24 years just released from the London College of Fashion, overcoming the boundaries between men's fashion and women's fashion and proposing a strong mix between past, present and future. A know-how also induced by the shuttling between Madrid, the brand's historic headquarters, Paris, where Loewe has a creative studio and London, where his brand is located.

But returning to the appointment of Galimberti, it was a spasmodic research of talents, but made with extreme care, that of J.W.Anderson. In fact, even that of Galimberti has been an appointment that has evolved gradually: the brand, in fact, did not immediately replace Simon Whitehouse, who left for personal reasons at the end of 2017, after almost four years of collaboration. And the company has chosen her for her talent and outstanding communication skills, while for the communication and events management she has chosen a profession that is already very familiar with the luxury sector, Stefano Cantino, who will report directly to Michael Burke and who has an important experience in Azzedine Alaïa, in the Prada group as marketing director and then director of strategic marketing of the group's brands from 2014 to 2018 (in addition to a bracket from 2009-2014 as director of communication and external relations). Nominations and past that increasingly take into account the past in communication and p.r. And of the effective and profound knowledge of the sector and its most contemporary developments.
