    Product prices on Papini Store are expressed in Euros or U.S.A. Dollars depending on your country of residence. Before making the payment, the total of your cart is converted to one of these two currencies, so it could vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Papini S.R.L. is therefore not responsible for any differences of the applied rate.

  6. Can I check the status of my order?
    Of course you can. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the reference number of your package. By logging into your personal account, you can check the status of orders and you can also track packages. We remind you that you can do that starting from the day after receiving the email.

  7. What are the accepted payment methods?
    PAYPAL, the main credit cards and bank transfers through the "My Bank" service of Consorzio Triveneto. Cheques are not accepted.

    CAUTION: Papini Store receives many orders every day. So, when - immediately after a purchase by the customer - the items are not available for logistical reasons, Papini will refund the expenditure. Moreover, in the case of price errors due to computer problems, Papini will restore the correct price of one or more products and, if necessary, ensure the customer the total refund or - alternatively - the possibility of integrating the expenditure to receive anyway the products purchased.

  8. How can I use my promotional code?
    If you have a promotional code, you can use it by entering the code in the appropriate field within the cart, before making the payment. To each order can be applied only a single code. To receive promotional codes and other benefits from Papini Store, we suggest you to register on the website.

  9. Can I return a product purchased on the Store?
    If you are not satisfied of your purchase on Papini Store, you can free return the products within 14 days from the receipt day and have a refund (which will be reduced by shipping costs, for orders placed befor October 6th).     In the case of defective products, following the instructions on the page RETURNS / EXCHANGE, you should start the procedure "Restitution of my goods" within your account. In this way, we can check its condition and possibly continue with your refund (which will be reduced by shipping costs).
